PPC Director, Sevenoaks - £50,000 to £60,000

We're currently working alongside a very well respected Digital Marketing Agency based on the West Kent / London border. They are a successful, growing and extremely well structured agency with both national and global clients across a range of sectors.

As a continually developing organisation a new position has opened for a PPC Director. As the PPC Director you will report directly to the CEO, and will be given the opportunity to lead and grow your client relationships and channel performance. If you are switched on, numerate, inquisitive, enthusiastic, and motivated, and a hands on expert in PPC with a proven track record then the potential here is huge.

The role will see you leading the talented PPC team and working across a portfolio of both national and international brands. You will act as the Paid Search focal point within the agency both internally and externally. An overview of the role is as follows, but please get in touch to talk it through in full:

Key Responsibilities Include:

Expert level research and opportunity analysis

Develop industry leading paid search products which meet the needs of clients.

The ability to establish and deliver onsite PPC strategies and goals

Manage quality assurance of client accounts

Budget Management across multiple networks and clients

Analysing results and providing recommendations to improve campaign performance and hit KPIs

Ongoing, proactive campaign optimisation

Weekly/Monthly reporting

Maintaining accurate, high- quality and organised documentation.

Help foster great client relationships

Lead clients as the senior point of contact for PPC activities

Manage, training, and develop Exec and Manager level staff within the team. Identify and implement training and supporting others to line manage and progress.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments within the industry.

Ensure that the role and value of Paid Search is clearly understood by clients, investment teams and client services teams.

Skills Required:

Four years PPC experience working within an agency environment would be ideal

An in depth knowledge of paid search, from an implementation and strategic perspective.

Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and deliver Insights and recommendations

Excellent organisational skills and initiative

Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks accordingly

Diplomatic and persuasive interpersonal skills

Ability to think creatively and develop new ideas and ways to tackle a client brief
